Do I get a refund for my trip if it is for reasons beyond my control?This all depends on the reason, the time when you make the cancellation and the booking terms. As we understand that with bookings/trips, plans may change and we also do our best to ensure that you don't have to cancel your trip but if this falls short of your or our control, trips have to be cancelled and refunds may be issued depending on the situation.

Where are your offices?Our Head Office is in Sandton Morningside, while we take consultations and walk-ins Mon- Fri from 08:00AM - 17:00PM and Saturdays from 09:00AM - 14:00PM in our Rosebank Office at 16 Baker Street, Rosebank.

What if I am an international client booking an international trip?That is brilliant, worry not. We are at your Service, most of our clients are International clients booking from countries all over the world especially regions in Europe where we offer services that help them save a lot of money and stress-free on their trips and packages.

Does Marga Travel book flights?Yes we do book local and international flights.

Do I need a Visa to travel to Thailand?Mhhh...this would depend on which passport you hold as well as the duration of your stay along with reasons for your visit, we can assist further on this when you provide us with the relevant information.

Do you offer payment in Instalments?Yes that is correct, we offer different types of payment plans to help make your travel experience easier with flexibility. This is arranged with your travel expert or our consultant.
