The customer initiates the booking process through the travel agency's website, phone, or in-person visit.

Marga Travel confirms availability and provides a quote.

Customer accepts the quotation and a final invoice is generated

2. Payment:

Full payment of the total value of the booking is required to confirm the reservations.

Payment can be made through various methods, such as credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

Customers can pay instalments for bookings with a check in date of more than 90 days from the date of booking over a minimum of 3 months and max 6 months allowed until full payments are received (only applicable to bookings with a check in date of more than 150 days from date of when booking was accepted)

3. Confirmation:

Once payment is received, Marga Travel will issue a booking confirmation.

This confirmation typically includes:
